First day of challenge.. Weight was a little higher today... Been drinking lots of water
239.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

So far today its been great.. I knew I was going to be higher today due to I had two cheat days going into the start of this challenge. But hey its only day one... no sweat.. 215 by Turkey day... OOo-Rah!!!
