Very naughty weekend, skipping meals and willingly eating far too many carbs. Thought I would have gone up a lb or 2, but surprisingly lost 1/2 lb. Don't deserve it, but I'll take it!

Work getting really stressful now, next month is going to be hell. Too tired to eat chocolate last night!
144.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
