The past couple weeks have been tough. I have been stressed and therefore eating things that I shouldn't be eating...such as sweets and drinking mocha's at work. But I am going to get back on track. I have to...
213.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
