OK! Two weeks at STK (Swing This Kettlebells) and paying more attention the WHAT I'm eating, and not necessarily the calories in it, seems to be working. Learning more about the 'chemical' reactions within the body caused by different foods. Adding more protein in the form of food and supplemental powder. This week, going to work on getting more vegetables in me in the form of salad (which I like, except for cleaning, cutting and putting it together).

I had planned on going to STK this morning, but since I was off yesterday for holiday weekend, decided to go in and get it done. I was planning on going out last night which would have made this morning miserable.

So I went yesterday morning. On a scale of how intense a workout I got, or say, how much I got out of the workout based on myself, I would give it a 7. I'm either not putting forth the extra effort or I'm getting used to some of it or...whatever. I feel it could have been better and I believe I was the reason it wasn't. FOCUS!!! (but today I am sore, so I must have done something right)

I asked Joe what else I can do between going to STK and he said walk...hills. I can do that, but I'm not doing it alone. Call me paranoid, I don't care, but no matter what my size...I'm still a female and walking alone doesn't feel safe to me, otherwise, I would already be doing it. So, I HAVE to find someone near me to walk with, up hills, a couple times a week after work. I will NOT let this be an excuse or hindrance in taking another step forward in bettering my body and my health!

Anyway, I am happy about the number on the scale this morning and I will not mark it down as 'water weight'. I will look at it as a small success in the journey I am on to feel and experience my body again.
