It doesn't look like I lost enough. Still at 156-8. It's not that I am eating too much, I am not eating enough to work my body internally to lose the weight. I eat high protein foods most of the time, plenty of veggies, and some carbs for energy. I find it hard to eat breakfast, which is the most important meal. It's been hard to get the weight down, but I have been exercising everyday.
Maybe I drink too much beer. Though it is a light beer.
I still ride my bike almost everyday at least 10 miles, but I try to do mostly 22 or 30 miles.
Now I have finally got into situps, though it is hard to do because it hurts my lower back. And I am also building my upper body as well with pushups and weights for my arms. If anything I will turn most of the weight into some muscle and have tighter abs as well. But I will admit I do have very strong legs.
