Another day at ~159. Missed breakfast this morning but otherwise doing alright. Rode the bike last night and slept like a baby. Now to try and get this stomach flatter. Think I'll start up my core exercise. :)
158.9 lb Lost so far: 13.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
