Had a troubling day yesterday and ate crackers, OJ, pretzels chips, hummus and junior mints, all off program, to compensate! Nothing really tasted that good but I felt I needed the food to compensate. Bob D died and while we were never that close, I kept thinking of him throughout the day. Gained 1.5 lbs. Back on track today.
