My weight has stayed at the previous level (woo!). My belt and pants are loose but my goal is not complete, so on down the slope I go. Low carbs, diet control and exercise are the way.
158.9 lb Lost so far: 13.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
