very bad week, eating out too much and too many "naughties" are sneaking in. will power at a low. need to get back on it. Lucky that I only put 2 lbs back on, could have been much worse
146.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
