well it has taken what feels like forever, but i am finally under 49kg! woohoo! it's spring day today. in its honour, im resorting to a new diet plan - my strictest yet. a bowl of 180 calorie oats plus tea with 20 calories of honey for my 3 main meals because they are so filling for the amount of calories, plus two tubs of 50 calorie yogurt and a bowl of diet jelly for snacks. so it is 6 meals a day totalling 700 calories. the closer i get to my goal, the stricter it seems i need to be!
107.1 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
