Hit my numbers almost perfectly last night then got up this morning to cook breakfast and watch F1. Now I'm off to do some backpacking. Scale still says I'm at ~160. Certainly not a bad number, but doesn't help the belly fat I've got.
160.3 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 0.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
