Yesterday was another off day. Had a social engagement that I knew was going to run late into the night combined with a late night before so I missed breakfast AND dinner. I only managed to get decent lunch eating in really. My weight held, but while eating nothing and doing nothing I don't believe that's really anything to speak on AND my scale really seems to only love the XXX.3 lb increments. What's that about?
Ho hum.
160.3 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 0.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
