Weight swings still looking pretty significant. I'm confident in the calories I'm taking in being just above maintenance, but it's so easy to see 'weight' and get a little spooked. Calipers still saying 14% body fat. Calories in line. Lifting heavy and eating for effect - guess I'll have to hold on and see what happens.
185.2 lb Lost so far: 14.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Maintenance is tricky ... it is why weight programs like Weight Watchers tell you that you are "at" goal weight if you are within 2 lbs either way of your goal weight. In your case that would be in the range of 178-182. How do you feel? How do you look? Great? Infinitely more important than the numbers. Keep up the good work!

Hi Northernmusician.....checked out the website you suggested.....didn't sound like it was going to be much help to me.....trial and error on rdi I guess.....but thanks for the suggestion.....love reading your posts.....interesting and informative....

Thank you, both of you. I feel great Mistaya. I'm in better shape (in both ways) than I was in my mid 20s. Seems I'm handling stress better as well. Lots of things going on in my life right now. Thanks for the support. Glad you enjoy my posts Kathryn.
