I love, love, love how responsive my body is to clean eating! And yeah! for focus being on point for a change. Dodged Apple cake, and tinned peaches last night. Self-hi-5!!
162.7 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
