Ate a good breakfast and lunch yesterday, finished the car just in time to take a shower and head towards bed. Today should be a better day to get back on target, maybe I'll even get to exercise!
162.3 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 2.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
