Ate a lot of carbs (or at least it felt like it) yesterday. Trying to get back on schedule even though a lot of other things sure don't seem like they're working. Made breakfast this morning, back to my normal. Weight hasn't changed but I haven't had time in my evenings to get back to exercising.

Oh well. Here's to the future.
162.3 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 2.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
