Going the wrong way! But, I am sticking to this!!!

122.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Good for you! Now give yourself a swift kick and get on plan, lol! Go on pinterest and type in "fitness motivation or inspiration". They have great pics, quotes, recipes, etc. Get excited about getting healthy. Take a new exercise class, get a new workout video, anything to motivate you and get you out of your comfort zone. You can do it.
