Well back to seeing my specialist, and now on liquid diet to try and get enough weight off to get off the diabetic meds. So day three of liquid and 5 days of reduce calories has me 5 lbs down. Now if I can just keep it up for the next 3 months...
213.5 lb Lost so far: 36.5 lb.    Still to go: 63.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
