I'm making this journal entry way, way after the fact. On Sat. I woke up late, rushed myself so I didn't have time for breakfast, rushed more, and rushed around town, then the car broke and I didn't eat anything all day as I rushed around trying to get it fixed. Then a friend came over to chauffeur me around late at night and ate what we could.

All in all, it wasn't horrid but it certainly wasn't good.
162.3 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 2.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
