i'm within sight of 5 pounds. I'm getting there!

At the same time, I'm trying not to be discouraged by all the massive 10 pound per week posts everyone else seems to be having here. But 1. I don't have as much to lose as many of them and 2. I'm not on a crash diet I couldn't maintain forever. I'm changing my life forever and for the better! <--- wow, the cheesy weight loss motivators have begun.
132.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
