A friend of mine has joined me on my weight loss journey, so I started my diet over with induction to support him. In truth, having someone else doing it with me is a hell of a lot of support as well. So, I'm happy to do it even if 20 grams of carbs for 2 weeks is a bitch to get through.
Things continue to be up and down and I seem to be maintaining this 208 to 213 plateau. It sucks. Part of that is the job I'm working, it isn't allowing for a regular schedule and nightly recovery (7-9 hours of sleep). Part of it is that my birthday short circuited my journey a bit. Part of it is stress from all of the above and some family health issues.
I'm sticking to my goals though. 35% body fat, at least, by my next appointment, September 9th, and 200 lbs. or less. I'm not that far away. Wish me luck!
