I was sick last week. I kept consuming more calories. I couldn't workout. I thought I still weighed 140 lbs. Tomorrow Monday I'll start going to the gym again since I'm feeling much better. Maybe I'm retaining some water. Let's see what happens this week. But this new weight should be great for powerlifting this week. I hope to break my new personal records at 144 lbs.
