I see you've had a bit of a weight loss - good for you! Since your hungry times are reverting back to mornings, just listen to what your body is telling you. Getting well fueled in the mornings is a good way to keep active and burn calories. How long has it been since you trained for a triathlon? That will definitely burn lots of calories and help with your weight loss! Have a good day!

hey =) I was training in 2008 and had to stop a week before the event on doctors orders due to my knee injury- but proir to triathlong training i was into alot of sport. Im trying to get fit again but not motivated to exercise because of my weight, as ive always been exercising so hard and much i never had to think about what i ate but after i injured my knee i kept eating the amount that i did when i trained and i gained alot of weight! didnt really gain untill the end of 2009 tho so it did take some time! Now for the first time ever I have to think about eating healthy, and i do enjoy it i just need to put the effort in! I hope to start training again at the start of next year, and maybe i will get try and compete at the end of 2012!!! its a goal anyway =)
