2013 kcal Fat: 66.58g | Prot: 129.27g | Carb: 234.40g.   Breakfast: Watsons Skimmed Milk, Woolworths Traditional Rolled Oats, Pink Grapefruit Juice, Farm Fresh Extra Large Cage Eggs (700G). Lunch: Nando's 1/4 Chicken Leg, Nando's 3 Chicken Wings, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Dinner: Tesco Baby Spinach, Sweet Potato (without Skin, Cooked, Boiled), Beef (Lean Only Eaten). Snacks/Other: Freshly Squeezed Grapefruit Juice, Go Natural Nut Delight, Pink Grapefruit Juice, Air Popped White Popcorn, Figs. more...
