i have been on vacation to italy, to lake shasta, to ireland, to north carolina and then to oregon in the past several months. i have been sooooo bad in my eating habits! hopefully, i can drop a few pounds between thanksgiving and christmas, or i fear i will explode! only my "fat pants" are fitting me right now :o(
