Late night snacking and generally not caring about calorie intake has been my downfall over the past few days. Today I start trying again.
250.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 75.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have struggled with the same issue. Recently I wake up every night to just snack and it doesn't matter the calories or fat content.

Right? Changing bad habits is so much more difficult than developing them in the first place.
