Didn't eat my protein level or calorie level yesterday nor did I exercise due to a social engagement, so today I've marked myself as 'poorly'. I still think my knee could use a rest however. Sunday I slipped off a rock and flexed it backwards and it's been killing me since. We'll see how I feel tonight, with that said, simply reducing my caloric intake is pulling my weight lower (I believe).
162.9 lb Lost so far: 9.1 lb.    Still to go: 2.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
