i think I'm in the right frame of mind now
124.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1209 kcal Fat: 36.81g | Prot: 57.09g | Carb: 168.62g.   Breakfast: Cholesterol Free Canola Mayonnaise, Maple Glazed Honey Coat Turkey Breast, Low Fat Low Sodium American Cheese, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Lunch: Light Ranch Dressing, Whole Wheat Dinner Rolls, Chunky Chicken & Vegetable Casserole Soup, Green Peppers. Snacks/Other: Baked Barbecue Potato Chips, Nectarines, 2% String Cheese Sticks, Lindor Dark Chocolate Truffles, Instant Oatmeal - Raisin, Date & Walnut, Bananas. more...
