Took a rest day yesterday and spent some time on carbs for funsies. Didn't affect my weight but obviously my waistline isn't strictly represented by my weight. Back on it today.

Also was sad to remember this morning that I was out of bacon and didn't buy any yesterday. /facepalm.
163.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
