2.5 less. I hate knowing that despite 2.5 pounds looking puny it is a great result. t just shows how much work I am in for and how long I will pay for the last 15 years of complete neglect in which I went from a 175 pound (still over weight according to charts) rookie to a 275 pound overweight cop. Taking the day off from the gym to heal up a bit my ankle and shoulder.
