so still not great by far, at least a kilo up where I should be. but better than yesterday when I saw 53.7 which I just sighed and walked away. Didn't even bother to log it. still not sure what's causing this gain other than pms. food is 98% clean and tracked but I leave plenty of buffer. so going to just have to wait and see where it goes till Tom & the rest of the week.
116.8 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
