Not down as much as I had hoped with all the compliments I received last night, but I did eat a bunch of Brazilian steak, a plate full of seafood, cheese & asparagus, and I had a caipirinha and Fosters banana creme pie (with caramel). So, I'll take it.

I've heard a few people say the last 20 lbs. or so are the hardest. If I'm aiming for 180 lbs. and 20% body fat, then I'm getting in that range.

My birthday is actually on Wednesday, so I'm gonna do my best to stay on track. However, going to see a movie at the Alamo Drafthouse. It's likely there will be popcorn and, maybe, ice cream. All that being said, I may have converted at least two of my friends to the Atkins lifestyle under the promise of starting over with them. So, I'll be back to induction soon and that means more fat loss (I hope).
209.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
