pretty happy. yesterday i fasted. did not eat A THING! except 3 brown sugars with my coffee. today im going to visit my parents, sooo i am little bit afraid of fridgey haha
124.6 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You should not stop to eat. Eat healthy and low-fat food. Because if you stop eatting the one time you'll eat, your body will keep all the fat. Our body need us to feed him. ;)

LOW FAT is a MYTH foisted on us by mainstream medical culture. Fat is ABSOLUTELY what our bodies need to make energy and feed our brains (which have been brainwashed with carbs/sugars) Not sure what your regime consists of, but there's been a new game in town and it's really catching fire because it WORKS... trick is to get your body chemistry/metabolism back to it's natural state.
