+500g well, i have earned it. not surprised, ha. yesterday i ate a little too much, but it wasnt SO bad actually, lots of protein. BUT anyway, I will try to fast today.
126.8 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
