Well, this week has been VERY difficult and I've encountered a number of (first world) problems.
Problem 1.) Started a new job as a barista at a bakery, so for the last few days I was snacking on the breads and pasteries at work. I also skipped breakfast most days since I'm currently not living at my own residency.
Problem 2.) I'm not living at my own residency. I'm staying with a friend in her new place while she unpacks and gets her bearings; unfortunately, she's not on the slow-carb diet so I've been eating a lot of restricted foods. Plus since she lives in town, my 7 mile bike rides to work are not applicable for this week.
I think that I will be back on track after this difficult week, so I am not discouraged. Problem 2 will be solved as soon as I move back to my own place on Saturday... Problem 1 is going to need a much more creative solution. I'll probably have to boil eggs in advanced and start taking them to work with me so I can munch them down once I get the urge to start snacking.
