Today I went to Shake shack and had my body fat scanned!

Suggested % body fat range- 20-24%
lbs body fat- 33.93 lbs
excess body fat- 3.35 lbs
lean body mas- 105.07 lbs

Target weight- 131-138 lbs
Resting metabolic rate- 1450 cal
Personal caloric level for weight loss- 1145 cal
Protein range- 70-99g
139.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
