New start today...first weigh in on my own scales after 5 weeks travelling in the USA. I am fairly happy with just under 3kg gain considering all restaurant and fast foods + all the treats that come with family celebrations and special events on a big trip. (I did try to make good choices most of the time, but I certainly had no intention of not having a holiday and enjoying myself :)
Back to sensible diet and exercise now - scary how much my fitness has dropped in that time even with all the walking that comes with travel and sightseeing.
119.0 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
