Before recalibrating the scale it said 191.6 so I'm not really sure which ones accurate. But I'll take the lower number thankyouverymuch. If it goes up tomorrow though I'll be fine with it.

I think all this green tea is making all the difference for me. I can already see a bit of a difference in my cheeks. It's subtle but it's there.
187.2 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 47.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
