The BIA #s on 7/23 showed LM down (2nd wk straight.) and fat up significantly. Changing diet this next week to not trying to hit the 186g fat goal. Cut pre w/o fat intake & nursing protein intake. (Limit 25g per meal) Finally, up water intake significantly!

Adjusted nutritional numbers/day:
150g Protein (25g x 6meals/day)
25g Carbs (4.17g x 6meals/day)
160g Fat (26.67g x 6meals/day)
210.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
