Another day of 168.7. Pants are still loose and all. Yesterday's run was great, hadn't been running in a while. I'd love to see that number on the scale drop some more but yep. Not going down. I need more complex meals but not my hitting my carb limit at the same time is hell. Blah! Other news, here's that heart rate for the run. My partner prefers to walk from time to time, hence the slowing down;
