Yesterday I came in low on carbs (oddly) and without bread in the house, I hit a few snacks I had on hand. Either I retained water this morning, added muscle or my lower intake and poor sleep (I generally run on as little as 4.5-5.5 hours) are doing my losses poorly.

I exercised well yesterday but oh well. Keep on goin'.
168.7 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 8.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
