Weighed in today as I plan to do every Wednesday. Very disappointed at losing only 1 lb after eating sensibly and not missing any workouts. Hopefully this week will be better.
270.5 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 70.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
