I was still in bed yesterday and did not do any exercise. I will definitely go swimming today! So my weight should go down tomorrow. Target 65.7kg. Hope I can see this figure tomorrow morning.
145.5 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
