Started boxing and has suffered from extreme stress so food and eating have been at the bottom of my list. Also started working so no more impulse snacking at home. I know losing like this isn't good and by be short lived so when the turmoil in my life ends I will have to watch my eating and exercise to stay at this weight or even to lose more.
