Yesterday was a poor day for my carbs. Jelly belly's when counted out are a weakness. 4 calories they say, but a bazillion carbs per bag. My weight is steady but my pants are loose. I would assume my muscle weight is compensating or something. As long as I see progress in other areas, the weight number means little. It's just obnoxious to not see it move. It is that itch you can't scratch pestering you. In other news I strapped on the heart rate monitor for fun (partway through my biking) just to see how I was doing. It's fun pushing the workout.
