If you love dessert but have trouble stopping after a small portion, you can make single servings of brownies by mixing 2 tablespoons of brownie mix from the box with a tablespoon of vanilla fat free yogurt, mixing thoroughly, and then microwaving 1 minute on high. It's quick, easy, and impossible to over-indulge, since when you finish it there's no more brownie to pig out on, lol.
