I have not weighed in for a very long time. 1 year to be precise! Yet, I lost a pound. Yeah!
Anyway, I need to lose at least 10 more pounds.
I find it amusing that the word: stressed is desserts spelled back. : )Hmm, How can I make a yummy dessert that dosn't ruin my new healthy eating skills???
127.0 lb Lost so far: 59.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sorry for randomly commenting, but the stressed->desserts thing is too funny! :P If you love dessert but have trouble stopping after a small portion, you can make single servings of brownies by mixing 2 tablespoons of brownie mix from the box with a tablespoon of vanilla fat free yogurt, mixing thoroughly, and then microwaving 1 minute on high. It's quick, easy, and impossible to over-indulge, since when you finish it there's no more brownie to pig out on, lol.

Well I managed to lose at least another pound. It is a slow process but so worth it... I am also working with Shaklee's Cinch plan and making money with that program. You can also sign up for that by using my site if you want to make money while losing weight at rinanorman.myshaklee.com
