Carbs were high yesterday, in fact every number was pretty much at its peak. With that said today was another day of identical weight. I'm not concerned since it was a physically brutal day of hiking, lots of energy expenditure.

Onto the next!
167.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
