You only get to skate for so long. I kept struggling to stay in Ketosis, so I took a break to rebuild my willpower and enjoy some ice cream and popcorn at Ant-Man. Worth it. I also finally got back to the gym, so there's that. Times like these, I wish I had an InBody of my own to see what I actually gained. Oh well, I gotta get back on track and back in business before Friday, when I check in with my doctor.
