Back to "pre-Kisangani" weight. Good energy and focus yesterday. "slow" walk for 1 hr after work. Have meeting this afternoon, so may not be able to get in my "fast" walk.
137.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
