I have been juicing doing this reboost your body plan and I am on day 9. Last night I had a cup of smashed cauliflower that was incredible. Only 100 calories.... and it really hit the spot.

Today I am getting all my healthy reciepes together so that I will be prepared for eating healthy. I am so amazed on how many great looking veggie dishes there are out there. I am also going to try and go gluten free, to see if that helps as well.

Today I weighed myself and it was the first day I didn't lose a pound, but hey I didn't gain one either.
303.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 70.0 lb a week
